International Power Systems Inc. (IPS) commenced business in 1995 with a mandate to manufacture and distribute power products in the retail, construction, mining, agricultural, landscape and OEM markets. IPS has adopted an orderly, multi-faceted approach to growth, consequently developing a strong presence in the above markets by way of manufacturing, brand name product distribution and strategic acquisitions.

IPS's offices and distribution centre are located in Toronto, Ontario.
